Ernst Mach-Fellow (2022–2025)

Cao Nhut Quang Huynh is an Ernst Mach Fellow in Religious Studies (2022–2025). She holds a B.A. in Buddhist Philosophy from Vietnam Buddhist University (2019,) and an M.A. in Buddhist Studies, Philosophy, and Comparative Religions from Nālandā University, Bihar, in India (2021). Her doctoral research focuses on the canonical writings of the new religious movement Hòa Hảo. She is interested in East Asian religions in general with a focus on Buddhism and Vietnamese in particular as well as how these teachings transform the everyday life of their believers and practitioners.
