Student Assistant (2022–2024)

Christoph Hammer was a project staff member (2025) as well as a student assistant (2022–2024) at the Department of Religious Studies. He completed studies in Mathematics (B.Sc. 2018), Religious Education with a focus on Religious Studies (B.A. 2020), Languages and Cultures of South Asia and Tibet (B.A. 2024) and Religious Studies (M.A. 2023), all at the University of Vienna. His main area of interest is contemporary Buddhism, especially in new areas such as Austria. Methodologically, his focus is on field research.
